Meet Kai Frazier

• Background Work: Kai Frazier is a remarkable individual with a background in education and a deep passion for utilizing technology to provide opportunities for underestimated communities.
  
  Before launching Kai XR, Kai honed her skills in education, digital strategy, and content creation while working as a teacher and a content curator with prestigious museums such as the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture. During these experiences, she realized the limitations of traditional education systems, leading her to create Kai XR.
  
  Pivotal moments in her journey she notes to her creating Kai XR included her leaving the museum and teaching professions and moving to Oakland, where she found inspiration and support.
  
  Through her experiences, Kai learned the importance of unlearning and challenging conventional approaches to education. Kai's dedication to empowering underestimated communities and her innovative use of technology make her an influential leader and a driving force in the EdTech industry.

• Current Work At Kai XR: As the CEO of Kai XR, Kai dedicates herself to bringing her vision of safe, accessible, diverse, and welcoming education to life. Her approach centers around mirrors, windows, and sliding doors.
  
  Kai adopts this educational method as a core part of Kai XR's mission. She strives to provide students, particularly those from underestimated communities, with curriculum content that allows them to see themselves reflected in the stories while also introducing them to different cultures and experiences.
  
  In this way, the Kai XR team aims to create an inclusive and engaging learning experience that empowers students to develop critical skills and knowledge, preparing them for future success.
  
  In addition to nurturing a culture of kindness, curiosity, empathy, and innovation, Kai prioritizes creating a diverse and innovative team to grow with Kai XR. She knows that to scale the vision and culture, she must continuously bring in revenue through various means.
  
  As both a hands-on leader and visionary CEO, Kai believes that her role is to empower her team, give them the resources to succeed and step back so they can soar.
